Due to continued growth across Western Australia, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our Perth team based in Victoria Park.

This is a true hybrid role that combines office-based coordination with regular travel to client sites across Perth's southern suburbs. You'll spend your time supporting clients, training employees, conducting site visits, managing workforce allocations, and ensuring our operational and safety standards remain industry-leading.

About the Role

As the Operations Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Western Australian business.

Working closely with clients, supervisors, and frontline employees, you'll ensure labour requirements are met while maintaining strong safety, compliance, and service standards.

This role reports directly to the Regional Manager (NSW) and offers genuine opportunities for career progression within a growing national organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing daily and weekly workforce allocations across multiple client sites

- Coordinating labour requirements to meet operational demands

- Conducting regular site visits throughout Perth's southern suburbs

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

- Training, coaching,



and supporting employees on-site

- Completing safety inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and incident reporting

- Maintaining accurate operational records, timesheets, and workforce data

- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities when required

- Ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and company procedures

- Investigating and resolving operational issues promptly and professionally

- Monitoring workforce performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

- Working collaboratively with interstate operations and recruitment teams

- Supporting business growth through exceptional service delivery

About You

You are someone who:

- Has previous experience in operations, labour hire, logistics, warehousing, workforce coordination, or a similar industry

- Enjoys a balance of office work and field-based responsibilities

- Is confident building relationships with clients and employees

- Can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Takes ownership and proactively solves problems

- Has strong communication and organisational skills

- Is comfortable using workforce management and scheduling systems

- Understands WHS requirements and promotes a strong safety culture

- Enjoys training, mentoring, and developing employees

- Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence

- Is willing to travel regularly between client sites throughout Perth
