Easy Access Scaffolding has been operating in Perth for over 12 years. We service the residential and commercial building sectors, as well as supporting the entertainment industry with staging requirements during the festival and concert seasons.

We're looking for an experienced Scaffolding Leading Hand to take charge of a small crew on ongoing Commercial, Residential and Staging projects across the Perth metro area.

This role is responsible for leading and coordinating a small scaffolding crew in office, ensuring scaffolding is erected, modified and dismantled safely, compliantly and on schedule. You'll be the main point of contact for site supervisors and clients, and responsible for keeping your team working safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll still be on the tools each day, but you'll also be organising the crew, checking work quality, and making sure everyone follows correct procedure.

The successful applicant will have solid scaffolding experience, a proven ability to lead a small team, a strong commitment to safety, and good communication skills.





This is a casual position that pays competitive rates and would suit candidates who enjoy working close to home or have had enough of the FIFO lifestyle. As the business is rapidly expanding, we are seeking long-term committed candidates to join our team.

To be shortlisted for this role you MUST possess the following:

High Risk Work Licence – Scaffolding (Basic or Intermediate)

WA Drivers Licence – C Class

Current Working at Heights qualification (within 2 years validity)

Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card)

Own reliable transportation and own scaffolding belt, tools and harness

Experience with all systems of scaffolding including Kwikstage, Tube and Fitting and Ring-lock

Minimum 4-5 years scaffolding experience, including demonstrated experience leading or coordinating a small crew

Previous experience in residential or commercial scaffolding would be advantageous
