What you’ll bring:
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ A proactive, team-oriented attitude
✔ Experience in commercial property




✔ Property management licence (or willingness to obtain – we’ll cover the cost!)

What you’ll do:

- Coordinate tenant work requests, liaise with contractors, and organise quotes
- Process invoices and assist with financial reporting
- Prepare monthly management reports and annual budgets
- Support lease management, rent reviews, and debt collection
