The Opportunity
- Role: Initially a Casual position
- Hours: Potential to work up to 2-3 days per week; up to 7.5 hour shift per day
- Flexibility: Opportunity for additional hours to cover staff leave is required

Key Requirements & Selection Criteria
- Experience:
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a high-volume customer service role
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in medical practice software (highly preferred) and general administrative tasks
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in accuracy and getting things right the first time
- Multi-tasking: Ability to prioritise tasks and stay organised in a busy clinical setting
- Attitude: A positive, enthusiastic approach that exceeds expectations
Scope of Work
- Managing appointment bookings and multi-line phone systems
- Processing patient billing, receipting, and Medicare lodgements
- Managing clinical documentation: scanning, filing and email correspondence
- Providing general clerical and administrative support to the medical team
