Leadership in store means staying close to the product, the team and the customer — reading what is happening and turning priorities into action.

We are looking for retail leaders to join our store team across the following areas:

- Visual Commercial Supervisor

- Stock Operations Supervisor

- Head Cashier

Each opportunity has a different focus, but they all play an important part in how the store moves, how the team performs and how customers experience Zara.

You may be passionate about bringing product to life, keeping stock and operations flowing, or leading the pace and precision of the cash desk. Wherever your strengths sit, you will work closely with the wider store team, support daily priorities and help create a consistent customer experience.

What you’ll do

- Guide, support and motivate team members in your area

- Help coordinate daily priorities and maintain strong store standards

- Respond quickly to customer, product and operational needs

- Communicate clearly with managers and the wider store team

- Support training and help team members build confidence in their roles

- Use store results, customer behaviour and daily observations to inform actions

- Work across different areas of the store when required

- Contribute to a positive, organised and fast-paced team environment

Depending on the position, your focus may include:

- Executing visual direction and maintaining strong product presentation





- Supporting deliveries, stockroom organisation and replenishment

- Coordinating cash desk operations, transactions and daily till processes

What we’re looking for

- Experience in retail, customer service, visual merchandising, stockroom operations or cashier processes

- Experience supporting, training or supervising a team

- Clear communication and confidence guiding others

- Robust organisation and the ability to manage changing priorities

- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving

- An interest in fashion, product and the customer experience

- Attention to detail and confidence working at pace

- Availability to work full-time, 38 hours per week, across weekdays, weekends, late nights and public holidays

- Full Australian working rights
