About You

- Live in or can support clients in either
- Joondalup, Yanchep and surrounding areas or
- Karrinyup, Osborne Park and Scarborough area
- Hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence and have access to your own vehicle (no international licences or shared vehicles)
- Minimum 12 months of experience delivering personal care in aged care, disability, or hospital environments and/or completed a qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community Care
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day within the hours of 7am - 6pm, ideally across 3-4 weekdays (some weekend rosters available)
- Passionate about working in in-home care, with a focus on aged care
- Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start

What We Offer

- $36.42 - $36.59 p/h + super
- Paid travel time + $1.38/km allowance
- Permanent part-time contracts: 20 - 50 hours per fortnight + flex-up shifts
- Stable hours with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts

Your Role
As a valued member of the team, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians in their homes.





- Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting and mobility support
- Medication assistance (where applicable)
- Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Social support and companionship
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing

Domestic assistance will remain an important component of your role alongside your personal care responsibilities.
