About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and repair work across a range of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems. You will represent our brand on-site and play a key role in maintaining our strong reputation for quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Service and maintain domestic and commercial ducted, wall split, and cassette air conditioning systems

- Diagnose faults and breakdowns and carry out repairs efficiently and to a high standard

- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members

- Work independently while adhering to company procedures and safety standards

Essential Requirements

- Trade Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

- Current manual driver’s licence

- WA Restricted Electrical Licence





- Solid communication and customer service skills

- Solid understanding of OHS requirements and safe work practices
