Hanson Pizza Bar is looking for an experienced Front of House All-Rounder to join our team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident running the restaurant floor, providing excellent table service and assisting with local deliveries when required. You will need to be reliable, well-presented and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and seating customers
- Taking dine-in, takeaway and phone orders
- Running food and drinks to tables
- Managing sections and keeping the floor running smoothly
- Processing payments and operating the POS system
- Preparing and packing takeaway orders
- Assisting with local food deliveries when required
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables
- Helping with opening and closing duties
- Communicating closely with the kitchen and other team members
- Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you must have:
- At least three years of hospitality experience
- Strong restaurant floor and table-service experience
- A valid Australian driver’s licence
- Confidence completing local deliveries when required
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- The ability to work quickly and remain calm during busy periods
- A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- A skilled and well-presented appearance
Barista experience is not essential, but it is highly desirable and will be strongly regarded.
A current RSA is also preferred, or you must be willing to obtain one.

You understand that great hospitality means being attentive, organised and willing to help—whether that is serving a table, answering the phone, preparing an order or heading out on a delivery.
