We're looking for an experienced Finance & Administration Officer to become an integral part of our team. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across finance and administration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business while providing professional administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role
This is a hands-on position that requires strong finance knowledge, exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Bank, supplier and customer reconciliations
- Processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining financial records and supporting documentation
- Responding to supplier and customer account enquiries
- Reception duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors
- General office administration and document management
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be equally passionate about people and safety.
You will enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing environment, building robust relationships with employees and managers while ensuring HR and WHS processes are maintained to a high standard.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance or accounting administration role
- Strong knowledge of finance processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work autonomously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Current Driver's Licence.
Desirable
- Experience using M1 ERP Software.
- Experience processing payroll or supporting payroll functions would be advantageous.
- Experience using accounting or ERP software (M1 experience highly regarded)
- Experience working within a medium to large manufacturing environment.
