To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Property Management

- Current Property Management registration

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); experience with Property Tree is highly regarded

- Good time management and organisational skills

- The ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines

- Experience conducting routine and open inspections

- A reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence
