At BALLO Direct, we specialise in face-to-face events marketing, representing leading charities across shopping centres, pop-up events, and expos. We're looking for Sales Associates with the mentality of an athlete: hungry, coachable, and ready to level up.
As a Sales Associate you will work on behalf of some of Australia's biggest non-for-profit organisations with a focus on customer acquisition. We engage with customers through various face to face strategies that include kiosk, trade shows and special event campaigns.

You don't need previous call centre or customer service experience to succeed with BALLO Direct. In fact, we've found that people from retail, hospitality, reception, administration and other customer-facing backgrounds transition exceptionally well into our team.
We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy interacting with others, solving problems and creating positive customer experiences. If you're motivated, eager to learn and bring a positive attitude every day, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
