Take the Lead On-Site
We’re on the lookout for a Site Supervisor to join our expanding Roofing Division. If you’re an experienced roofer or plumber looking to lead a great team and help deliver quality work you can be proud of, this role could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Site Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person in office, coordinating and supervising installations in Canberra to ensure they run safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and support roofers and subcontractors on-site
- Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections
- Perform site measures and manage work schedules
- Ensure high standards of safety and workmanship
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site
- Provide technical advice and guidance to teams
- Manage job documentation and reporting via system apps
What You’ll Bring
You’re a hands-on, solutions-focused professional who knows what it takes to lead on a construction site.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Trade qualification in Roof Plumbing (or equivalent experience)
