About the role
We are offering a permanent part time role of child and family practitioner in the team at our Kwinana office. The position involves offering centre-based and outreach support using a whole-of-family approach, providing specialised counselling, advocacy, and case work, to strengthen and enhance family and personal safety. The current vacancy is three days per week, ideally Wednesday-Friday.
Skills, experience, and qualifications
A degree level tertiary qualification is required, preferably in the fields of social work, psychology, or counselling. An interest in working with children and families and an understanding of family domestic violence, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based interventions.
