Mannys Music has expanded our Brass & Orchestral department, and we're looking for an experienced retail salesperson to join the team!

If you have a background with brass, woodwind and orchestral strings, enjoy helping musicians find the right instrument, and thrive in a customer-focused sales environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About The Role

This is a permanent part time position based at Mannys Perth, working a consistent roster across:

- Friday

- Saturday

- Sunday

You'll work with customers ranging from school students and parents through to teachers, hobbyists and professional musicians, helping them choose the right instruments and accessories while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

- At least 3 years' retail sales experience.

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Experience with, or strong knowledge of, brass, reed, woodwind and orchestral stringed instruments.

- Confidence demonstrating products and closing sales.





- Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

- A positive, collaborative attitude and genuine passion for helping customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Deliver outstanding customer service and expert product advice.

- Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to after-sales support.

- Build lasting customer relationships.

- Maintain an engaging and well-presented department.

- Contribute to team sales targets and ongoing product training.
