The Nut & Bolt Factory established in 1988, is a family-owned, leading supplier of industrial fasteners, servicing customers across the construction, manufacturing, engineering, transport and maintenance industries. We're looking for an experienced Internal Salesperson who knows fasteners, understands customer needs, and can turn enquiries into sales.
About the Role
Based at our Yatala office, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming phone and email enquiries
- Preparing quotations and processing orders
- Building strong relationships with existing customers and following up quotes to win business
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and margins
- Providing technical product advice and exceptional customer service
- Working closely with our external sales team and warehouse staff
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience selling industrial fasteners and associated products
- A proven ability to close sales and achieve results
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, confident handling high volumes of enquiries
- A strong customer service focus and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Organised, reliable, and a genuine team player with a competitive, sales-driven attitude
