Your opportunity
As the first point of contact at our Wellness Centres, you'll set the tone for every client experience. From managing enquiries and bookings to providing information and administrative support, you'll help clients access the right services while delivering exceptional customer service every step of the way.
You’ll make an impact by
- Managing enquiries, appointments and service bookings, ensuring timely and accurate support.
- Connecting clients with ECH services that support their wellbeing, independence and goals.
- Providing accurate administration, record management and reporting support.
- Working collaboratively with allied health and operational teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes and continuously improve services.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, customer-focused and enjoys building meaningful connections while supporting older people to get more out of life.
What you’ll bring
- To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:
- Experience working in a customer service, administration or reception-based role.
- Confidence using technology and electronic systems.
- A National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
We would also love you to bring the following skills:
- Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- A positive, solutions-focused approach.
- Robust teamwork and relationship-building skills.
- Professionalism, discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
