About the role

We are seeking a full-time agricultural specialist to join our retail team in Brookton.

Working within a small, supportive team and reporting to the Retail Business Manager, this role focuses on providing sales support and product expertise to our valued customers on a wide range of farm inputs including fertiliser, seed, agchem, animal health and general merchandise. This is a great opportunity to step up into a 2IC role with great advancement opportunities within the Group.

Key responsibilities:

- Establish, manage and grow relationships with local primary producers and agronomists.

- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products and pricing.

- Facilitate orders, provide quotes, assist with administration and general stock management.

- On road sales and delivery of customer orders.

- Provide after sales service and advice.

About you

This is a varied role and could suit someone with experience from different areas of the ag industry including agronomy, rural merchandise, farming, or ag sales.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about agriculture, enjoys working with growers and is eager to learn.

You're professional, reliable and committed to growing business by adding value to our customers.

A team player who is well-organised,



makes positive contributions to the team and possesses excellent communication skills.

A current driver’s licence is essential and a HR licence desirable.
