A1 Communication Rigging Services is a Western Australian telecommunications contractor based in Perth, specialising in tower construction, telecommunications equipment installation, upgrades and maintenance.
We deliver projects throughout metropolitan and regional Western Australia for a range of telecommunications, infrastructure and resources-sector clients. Our work includes recent tower builds, network upgrades and ongoing support for existing telecommunications sites, with a strong focus on safety, quality and reliability.
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Rigger to join our team on a full-time or casual basis.The role involves constructing telecommunications towers and installing, maintaining and upgrading telecommunications equipment at sites across Western Australia.
Key responsibilities include:Construction and assembly of telecommunications towers and associated structuresClimbing towers and other telecommunications structuresInstallation of antennas, feeders, cabling, mounting hardware and associated equipmentInspection and basic testing of installed equipmentAssisting with maintenance and fault-finding activitiesParticipating in risk assessments, pre-start meetings and toolbox talksWorking closely with supervisors, field crews and project managers to meet project requirements and timelinesMaintaining compliance with company, client and site-specific safety standards
Employment ConditionsFull-time or casual employment available$38–$50 per hour,

The successful applicant will be safety-focused, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a small field crew. They must be comfortable working outdoors, travelling throughout Western Australia and working away from home when required.
