Our client is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to be the face of their property management services, and assist with the organic growth of their residential portfolio.

Duties will include;

- Building relationships with large existing referral network
- Liaising with prospective owners
- Preparing initial comparative market analysis
- Viewing and appraising property for rent
- Ensuring recent managements are handed over to the property management team are compliant and ready for lease
- Converting hot leads from the sales team into managements

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a dynamic go-getter, with experience working within the Property Management industry.

High level communication skills, immaculate presentation, as well as being super personable will allow you to really shine in this role.

A customer service centric personality and intimate knowledge of the residential investment market in Perth.

You will be required to hold a current Property Management or Sales registration, along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this opportunity.
