We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and client-focused PMO Analyst / Implementation Consultant to support project governance, implementation planning, and successful client onboarding. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about project delivery, process improvement, stakeholder management, and driving successful business transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple client engagements.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and resource allocation while maintaining project documentation.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and executive presentations.
- Assist in implementing business solutions, software platforms, and operational processes for clients.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success.
- Facilitate client meetings, workshops, training sessions, and implementation reviews.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and post-implementation activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices for project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, governance frameworks, and implementation methodologies.
- Maintain project documentation, implementation plans, and project management tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in Project Management Office (PMO), project coordination, implementation consulting, business analysis, or client delivery is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with software implementation, digital transformation, or enterprise systems is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, or related project management certifications are a plus.
