At Audeara, we are leading the conversation around hearing health. Our personalised listening solutions help people feel connected to who and what they love. We are looking for two clinically credible, self-sufficient Clinical Business Managers to build trusted partnerships with hearing health clinics across your territory.

What you will do

- Build strong, trusted relationships with audiologists, clinic owners, clinic leaders and front-of-house teams.
- Grow Audeara’s presence in your territory by supporting existing clinic partners and opening the right new opportunities.
- Deliver useful product, funding and sales enablement training that gives clinicians confidence to support their clients.
- Use insight, account plans and a focused pipeline to improve clinic performance and create sustainable growth.
- Represent Audeara at industry events, education sessions and customer meetings.
- Work with a high degree of autonomy: organise your territory, make informed decisions and take ownership of outcomes.

What we are looking for

- You are an audiologist,



audiometrist or have a relevant clinical health background that enables you to have credible conversations with hearing health professionals.
- You have at least three years’ experience in the hearing health industry and understand the clinical setting and client journey.
- A sales, account management or commercial background is advantageous, but it is not essential.
- You are proactive, warm and commercially minded, with the confidence to work independently across a travel-based territory.
- You care deeply about improving the everyday experiences of people who have difficulty hearing.
- You have a current unrestricted driver licence and are willing to travel regularly throughout the territory.
