We're partnering with an innovative, technology-driven organisation that's looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across business-critical applications, collaborate with a range of stakeholders, and contribute to continuous system improvements.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide application support for business-critical systems.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Gather and analyse business requirements to recommend effective solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and releases.
- Create and maintain system documentation and knowledge articles.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and application performance.
- Ensure incidents and service requests are managed within agreed timeframes.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Application Support Analyst,
or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise or business applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SQL, APIs, ITIL, or Agile methodologies is highly regarded but not essential.
