The Careers Department is looking for a Customer Success and Growth Manager to own a portfolio of school and education sector customers, guiding adoption of our platform and driving engagement, retention and growth. You will work with Sales, Product and Marketing to represent the voice of the customer and help shape product and business strategy.
You’ll focus on customer outcomes, renewals, and expansion while leveraging data and KPI-driven approaches to reach commercial targets across Australia.
