The Junction Works Ltd invites applications for a Team Leader - Supported Independent Living (Disability) in Southwest Sydney. The role leads a small IL team delivering person-centered supports within a home environment, ensuring safety and quality aligned to NDIS standards.

You will coach 8–15 Disability Support Workers, foster a team-oriented workplace culture and partner with the Manager to drive outcomes for participants and continuous improvement.
