We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, supplier relationships, inventory planning, logistics coordination, and process improvements to ensure efficient and reliable supply chain performance.

This role is suitable for individuals who are passionate about supply chain strategy, operational excellence, cost optimization, supplier management, and building scalable business operations.

- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, sourcing, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and business partners.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to achieve cost and quality objectives.
- Monitor demand forecasting, inventory levels, and supply planning to ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze supply chain performance data and implement improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, finance, operations, and production to ensure smooth supply execution.
- Manage logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery processes.
- Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to maintain business continuity.
- Optimize processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare supply chain reports, forecasts,



and performance analysis for management review.
- Lead and mentor supply chain team members to achieve operational goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or operations management.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, supplier management, inventory control, and logistics processes.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with supply chain planning, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and supply chain management tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Valuable command of written and spoken English.
