Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Customer Fulfillment leadership team at our Fulfillment Center in Dandenong South, AU. You will supervise Area Managers, report to the Site Lead, and drive secure, efficient operations as the site scales.

You will lead process improvement initiatives, coordinate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and IT, and define standard work while balancing business needs with team welfare.
