Rockingham Toyota is seeking a motivated, experienced and customer-focused Aftercare Sales Consultant to join our high-performing sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering solutions that enhance the ownership experience. You will work with customers after vehicle purchase to present and tailor a range of aftercare products designed to protect their investment and provide peace of mind.

About the Role

As our Aftercare Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with products and services including:

- Extended warranties

- Paint and interior protection

- Window tinting

- Dash cams and accessories and other value-added products

You’ll work closely with our Vehicle Sales, Finance and Delivery teams to ensure every customer receives a seamless and professional experience from purchase through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers in a professional, consultative manner

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable aftercare solutions

- Explain product perks clearly and confidently

- Achieve individual sales and penetration targets

- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

- Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth vehicle deliveries

- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction

About You





We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experience in Automotive Aftercare Sales

- Driven, motivated, and target-focused

- Confident in sales conversations and objection handling

- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences

- Professional in presentation and communication

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Able to build rapport quickly and naturally
