Nestled right in the 'grapetastic' Swan Valley we're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic OSHC Room Leader to join our team 5 days a week, permanent part time.

We're searching for someone who shares our love for singing, gardening, messy play, baking, and having fun with children every day.

You will be a confident team leader with experience and knowledge in:

- Planning and implementing engaging programs

- The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

- National Regulations and Quality Standards

- Exceptional communication skills (a must)

Requirements:

- Diploma in Children's Services

- Strong leadership and communication skills

What you'll be doing

- Planning and delivering engaging educational programs and activities to promote the physical, cognitive, social and emotional development of children

- Implementing a school readiness program

- Providing high-quality care and supervision to ensure the safety, health and happiness of all children

- Building positive relationships with children, families and the broader early learning community

- Adhering to all relevant early childhood education and care policies,



procedures and regulations

- Participating in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

- Completed Diploma in Children's Services or Qualified ECT / working towards.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience working in an early learning or childcare setting is required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Creativity and a passion for engaging young minds

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Genuine commitment to the wellbeing and education of young children

- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications

- Current Working with Children Check is required before starting

- Full WA Driving License is required for this position is mandatory.
