At Uniform Hero, we create custom sports, workwear and team uniforms for customers across Australia. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Production Team Member to help keep our production floor running smoothly and ensure every order leaves looking amazing.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in quality work and likes being part of a fast-paced team environment.

Looking for someone who's available 15-25hrs/week (depending on order levels)

What you’ll be doing:

- Sorting incoming stock and preparing garments for production

- Assisting with garment printing and finishing processes

- Packing and dispatching customer orders

- Checking product quality before shipment

- Maintaining clean and organised production areas

- Supporting the production team with day-to-day tasks

We’re looking for someone who:





- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Is reliable and detail-oriented

- Enjoys practical, hands-on work

- Can work efficiently in a fast-moving environment

- Takes pride in producing high-quality work

- Previous production, warehouse, print, embroidery or apparel experience is a bonus (but not essential)
