WHS Coordinator | Part Time

$37 - $41p/h + Superannuation FTE

3 Days per Week | Flexible Hours

We're looking for a proactive and organised Work Health & Safety Coordinator to help support our safety systems and compliance across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a part time role that works closely with our operational leaders and People & Culture team to ensure our WHS systems, processes and compliance activities run smoothly. You'll be instrumental in helping us strengthen our safety culture while supporting leaders to meet their WHS responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role coordinating our Work Health & Safety systems across the business, including:

- Maintaining our DoneSafe WHS platform and safety records

- Coordinating incident, hazard and near miss reporting

- Scheduling workplace inspections, audits and corrective actions

- Maintaining plant, equipment and compliance registers

- Coordinating WHS Committee meetings and recording minutes

- Supporting workplace inspections and safety initiatives

- Maintaining training records, licences and competencies

- Assisting with SWMS, SOPs and risk assessments

- Monitoring legislative compliance and WHS documentation

- Preparing monthly WHS reports and KPI dashboards

- Supporting leaders to meet their WHS obligations

- Working collaboratively with our People & Culture team on employee wellbeing, training and safety-related initiatives

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys getting things done, takes pride in being organised, and can build strong relationships across all levels of the business.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Experience in a WHS administration or WHS coordination role





- Knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance requirements

- Excellent organisational and administrative skills

- High attention to detail

- Strong communication skills

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems

- The ability to manage multiple priorities

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach. Experience with WHS systems, HRIS platforms, or safety compliance processes will be highly regarded.
