Castlemaine Toyota is looking for a Cadet Customer Service person to work in our Brand Current Service Department.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Checking guests in for appointments into our Service Department
- Phone support and some administration duties
- Ensuring high customer service standards are maintained
- Selling various Service Dept. value adds, options & products
Experience isn't necessary, but a nice telephone manner, excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills, good attention to detail and PC skills are a must.
Good general administration and computer skills are required in order to assist relevant staff and managers.
Hours 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday - Thursday and 7am to 3pm on Fridays.
