As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised, customer-focused Project Coordinator to join our Internal Sales team at our Somersby headquarters. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping bring some of Australia's most exciting lighting projects to life.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Somersby, NSW facility - starting Late September 2026.

As the primary point of contact for your customers, you will manage projects from quotation through to delivery, ensuring every stage is coordinated accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with our Sales, Operations, Logistics and Technical teams to keep projects moving, solve problems proactively, and provide customers with the exceptional service that Light Culture is known for.

No two days are the same. You'll balance customer communication, project coordination, order management and administration while building long-term relationships with clients across Australia's commercial lighting industry.

What You Will Do

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

- Prepare quotations and sales orders using our Enterprise Management System.

- Manage customer enquiries and orders from initial enquiry through to completion.

- Coordinate ongoing customer projects to ensure successful delivery.

- Provide customers with timely updates on order progress, stock availability and lead times.

- Work closely with Operations,



Logistics and Sales to resolve customer enquiries and project challenges.

- Manage backorders and stock-related issues.

- Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate customer records and project information.

- Answer incoming customer calls and provide practical, solution-focused support.

- Assist with general administrative duties as required.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a collaborative team culture.

What You Will Bring to the Role

- Previous experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales or Project Coordination.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent computer literacy and experience using business software.

- A positive, professional attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Experience within the electrical, lighting, construction or building products industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
