About The Lucy Rose Clinic

The Lucy Rose Clinic is one of Australia's leading telehealth functional medicine clinics, specialising in thyroid, hormone and metabolic health.

From our Alexandria headquarters, we prepare personalised herbal medicines, ship supplements and functional pathology testing kits to patients throughout Australia.

We're looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Practice Manager to help ensure our clinic runs smoothly every day.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you'll divide your time between working in our dispensary and laboratory, while coordinating our patient support and clinical delivery teams.

You'll ensure our patients receive an exceptional experience from the moment they join our clinic, while supporting the team, solving day-to-day problems and keeping everything running smoothly.

You'll provide day-to-day leadership and support for our:

- Laboratory Technician

- Patient Experience Lead

- Customer Support Lead

- Clinical Practitioner team (operationally)

You'll also work alongside the team by:

- Dispensing and packing personalised herbal medicine prescriptions.

- Preparing daily patient orders.

- Learning our laboratory workflows and providing cover during leave and busy periods.

- Maintaining inventory, stock ordering and stocktakes.

- Ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy and organisation.

- Running weekly Customer Support meetings.

- Supporting patient escalations and credit control.





- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and workflow.

Essential Requirements

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

- Experience in healthcare, natural health, pharmacy, pathology or an allied health workplace.

- Excellent organisational and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent problem-solving ability.

- Comfortable working hands-on while leading a small team.

Highly Desirable

- Practice management or clinic coordination experience.

- Pharmacy or dispensary experience.

- Laboratory experience.

- Inventory management.

- Natural health experience.
