Production Workers - Morning, Afternoon & Night Shifts
Recruitment Vision is currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join s number of of Ballarat's leading manufacturing businesses.
We strongly encourage applicants with team leadership or supervisory experience to apply, as we are looking to develop high-performing individuals into future leadership roles.
These are ongoing casual opportunities offering full-time hours, with strong potential for permanent positions and career progression for the right candidates. We currently have morning, afternoon, and night shifts available.
Candidates with backgrounds in food manufacturing, production, or process work are encouraged to apply. Experience as a chef, baker or cook is highly regarded but not essential.
About the Role Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, your responsibilities will include:
- Packing and labelling food products
- Weighing, blending, and batching ingredients
- Maintaining quality standards and conducting product checks
- Meeting daily production targets and KPI's
- Following food safety, hygiene, and OH&S; procedures
- General production line duties and manual handling
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production (preferred but not essential)
- Leadership or supervisory experience (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 10-20kg consistently
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Initiative and problem-solving capability
