About the role

Crozy Constructions WA is seeking an experienced Flusher/Gyprocker to join our team on a casual basis. This role is pivotal to ensuring the high-quality finish of our construction projects across Perth. As a Flusher/Gyprocker, you will be responsible for the installation, finishing and preparation of plasterboard and gyprock systems, contributing directly to the aesthetic and structural integrity of our builds. This is a hands-on position based in Perth Metro Area, where you will work on various commercial projects, bringing your expertise to deliver excellence on every site.

Key responsibilities

- Installing plasterboard and gyprock systems to specification on construction projects

- Taping, jointing and flushing gyprock walls and ceilings to achieve smooth, professional finishes

- Interpreting architectural plans and ensuring work meets project specifications and quality standards

- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment, adhering to health and safety requirements on site

- Using hand and power tools competently and responsibly throughout the working day

What we're looking for

- Essential - Proven experience as a Flusher/Gyprocker within the building trades industry

- Must have white card.

- Strong knowledge of plasterboard installation, taping, jointing and finishing techniques

- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to gyprock work

- A commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

- Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights





- Current knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations applicable to construction

- Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment

- Reliability and punctuality
