Request for Quote – Repair and Reseal Two Showers in Searbook 3028

We are seeking an experienced bathroom repair handyman to inspect and repair two shower areas.

Both showers have deteriorated and mould-stained silicone around the shower bases, wall joints, corners and shower-screen frames. Some grout and sealant around the tiles, tracks and thresholds also appear worn or damaged.

The required work includes removing the existing failed silicone and loose sealant, broken skirtings thoroughly cleaning and treating the affected areas, repairing grout where required, and applying new bathroom-grade mould-resistant silicone around the shower bases, wall junctions, corners, screen frames and tracks. Please also inspect for any signs of water leakage or damage and advise if additional waterproofing or repair work is required.
