La Fiamma restaurant in Ettalong beach is looking for Waiter/Waitress to join our busy restaurant.

2 years experience and RSA are required.

Customer Service Role Applicants should demonstrate the following:

-availability on weekends

-Front counter service experience

-Taking Take Away orders by phone, over the counter

-Taking and organising bookings and tables

-Waiting tables with knowledge of Italian cuisine

-Ability to carry three or more plates

-Clearing tables efficiently and hygienically

-Taking orders using POS system

-Opening set up and closing

-Clean and hygienic personal presentation

- Capacity to work varied shifts, weekdays and weekend evenings
