We are seeking experienced and qualified Mechanical Fitters to join our Non Process Infrastructure (NPI) Team at our owner operated Lithium mine sites.

These are full time roles on 8/6 roster, FIFO Perth

Key Responsibilities:

Perform service, maintenance, and repair diesel generators and power generation equipment, dewatering pumps and associated mechanical systems. Perform comprehensive maintenance on centrifugal, positive displacement, and slurry pumps.



Diagnose and troubleshoot generator and control systems.

Conduct pump impeller replacements, seal repairs, and bearing maintenance. Implement preventative maintenance schedules for critical pumping and power systems. Respond to emergency breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.

Maintain detailed service records and equipment histories.

What is required:

Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or equivalent

Proven experience servicing generators (diesel engines, control panels)Solid background in pump maintenance and repair across various pump types

Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical drive systems

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Ability to work under pressure during emergency repairs

Willingness to assist other trades where required using transposable skills
