Casual Position | Monday–Friday | Coffs Harbour Area
We are seeking a mature, reliable and experienced person to join our growing property services business.
This is a hands-on outdoor role covering a variety of residential, commercial and acreage properties. The position is casual, with up to approximately 38 hours per week depending on weather and workload, and the opportunity to progress into a full-time position for the right person.
The Role
Your work will include:
- Lawn mowing, including push and ride-on mowing
- Whipper snipping, edging and general lawn care
- Driving company vehicles and towing trailers
- Basic care and maintenance of equipment
- Other general outdoor property care services as required
Training will be provided for specific equipment, procedures and services.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is mature, dependable and takes pride in their work
- Has a robust work ethic and can work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Is physically capable and comfortable working outdoors
- Is punctual, well-presented and qualified with customers
- Has good attention to detail
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Is willing to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks
Essential Requirements
- Full, current and clean driver's licence
- Current National Police Check
- Experience and confidence towing a trailer
- Reliable and available Monday to Friday
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
Previous experience in lawn care, gardening, landscaping, property maintenance, pressure washing or a similar hands-on role will be highly regarded.
