We are currently offering this role FIFO from Perth on 15 days on, 13 days off roster, with immediate starts available.
Key responsibilities of this role includes:
As our Senior Mine Geologist, you will be the go to leader for all things geology, ensuring our operations run seamlessly across open cut and underground environments. You will:
- Lead production excellence – Oversee geological processes, drive ore recovery, reduce dilution and deliver accurate and timely ore delineation.
- Collaborate across teams – Work hand-in-hand with Mining Operations,
Geotechnical and Engineering to optimise mine planning and address ground stability challenges.
- Drive quality & innovation – Supervise grade control, resource modelling and geological databases to the highest industry standards.
- Deliver insights & reporting – Ensure data integrity, compliance and explicit reconciliations to support both production and future resource growth.
- Champion safety & training – Embed a culture of health and safety across your team and the wider operation, ensuring best practices are followed and risks are managed proactively.
