Your New Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity is available for a proactive and organised Production Supervisor to join our team at Wingfield, SA. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating site operations, supporting production teams, and driving safety and operational performance across a fast-paced industrial environment.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Coordinate daily production activities across multiple sites to achieve operational targets.
- Support site supervisors and team leaders to resolve production issues and maintain workflow.
- Plan and coordinate weekend work schedules, labour, and equipment requirements.
- Monitor and report production data, including tonnes processed, downtime, and KPIs.
- Liaise with maintenance teams to coordinate equipment servicing and minimise downtime.
- Organise internal and external labour to meet operational demands.
- Promote a strong safety culture through proactive hazard identification and risk reduction.
- Build strong relationships across site teams and ensure clear communication between operations and leadership.

About you:

You are a hands-on leader with excellent organisational skills and a passion for keeping operations running efficiently. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and are committed to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.

To be successful, you will ideally have:





- A minimum of 5 years experience working in a crushing plant environment.
- At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- A current Front End Loader (FEL) Ticket and Excavator Ticket.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams for reporting and coordination.
- A proactive approach with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.
