We are seeking compassionate, reliable and motivated Casual Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. This is more than just a job, you'll play an important role in supporting participants to live independently, achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

We currently have multiple ongoing opportunities available with immediate starts.

Please note: Some positions advertised have a genuine occupational requirement for a female support worker due to participants' assessed support needs.

Current Opportunities
Female Support Worker – Wynnum

Due to the participant's assessed support needs, this position has a genuine occupational requirement for a female support worker.

Ongoing shifts:

- Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

- Every second Saturday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

You will be supporting a male participant who is a chronic burns survivor living with PTSD and insulin-dependent diabetes.

The role includes:

- Community access and transport to appointments

- Medication assistance

- Domestic assistance

- Building a positive and engaging support relationship

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, enjoys building meaningful relationships and has a positive attitude with a positive sense of humour.

Comprehensive participant-specific training will be provided.

Female Support Worker – Bray Park

Due to the participant's assessed support needs, this position has a genuine occupational requirement for a female support worker.

We are seeking female support workers to support a female participant who receives 24/7 supports.

We are specifically looking for staff who are available for:

- Overnight sleepover shifts (4:00pm – 8:00am)

- Flexible availability across the week

The participant has an acquired brain injury.



Experience supporting participants with behaviours of concern is highly regarded.

Applicants must also be comfortable working in a home with a dog.

Comprehensive participant-specific training will be provided.

Female Support Worker – Morayfield

Due to the participant's assessed support needs, this position has a genuine occupational requirement for a female support worker.

We are seeking female support workers to support a female participant with Cerebral Palsy and an intellectual disability.

We are primarily looking for staff available to work:

- Sleepover shifts (3:00pm – 8:00am)

- Day shifts as required

Experience supporting participants with behaviours of concern is desirable but not essential.

Comprehensive participant-specific training will be provided.

If you are looking for additional hours, we can also offer opportunities to support a variety of participants across Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region.

Essential Requirements

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate

- Current Queensland Driver Licence

- Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates

- Evidence of Australian working rights (e.g. Australian Birth Certificate, Australian Passport or valid Work Visa)

Desirable

- Certificate III in Individual Support or a related qualification

- Previous experience supporting people with disability
