We are currently seeking a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to work in our busy depot at Darra.
The successful applicant must posses an excellent phone manner and exceptional attention to detail and be able meet high workload volumes.
The successful applicant would need to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast paced operations office environment.
Duties include but not limited to:
- meet and greeting customers and visitors
- answering all incoming telephone calls
- assisting in customer enquiries
- track and trace freight
- high volume data entry
- scanning documentation
- stationery ordering
- Be highly accurate and high speed data entry
- Provide administrative support to other team members and the Depot Manager
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, excellent time management skills and a friendly and welcoming attitude.
