Reporting to the Service & Warranty Supervisor, the Service Administrator is responsible for the provision of timely and effective administrative services to the Branch, Service Teams and its Customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage site mobilisation of onsite labour, ensuring timely deployment to meet client requirements (Mobilsing & demobilising experience)
- Ensure timely invoicing of site labour
- Supporting preparation of accurate customer quotations for on-site support
- Open and close service jobs
- Receipt purchase orders on receipt of the goods and services
- Provide administrative and operational support across multiple teams
- Manage WIP (work in progress) report
- Other Administrative duties as required.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years relevant administration experience
- Exposure to Mining industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- High level organisational skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Initiative and self-drive
- Problem solving skills
