The Role
FHR currently have several opportunities for an experienced Electrical Technician to join our client located in Yatala. We have immediate starts available for the candidate's who're successful in their application for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on a range of automated and semi-automated production machinery, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections, assist with machinery installations, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults promptly to minimise production downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Accurately record maintenance activities, equipment history, and completed work orders using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment while ensuring tools, spare parts, and storage areas are kept in good order.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electrical Technician or working in a similar role within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
- Electrical trade qualification or relevant experience with the ability to diagnose, fault find, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
- Sound mechanical aptitude with experience carrying out basic mechanical maintenance and equipment adjustments.
- Solid commitment to workplace health and safety, with the ability to follow safe work procedures at all times.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexible and willing to work on different shifts or varying hours to meet operational requirements.
