As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated and caring Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs), and Personal Care Workers (PCWs)/Support Workers to join our qualified team.

Registered & Enrolled Nurses

- Community nursing assessments and care planning

- Medication management





- Wound care and chronic disease management

- Catheter, stoma and continence care

- PEG/NG feeding and other complex clinical supports

- Clinical documentation and collaboration with GPs and allied health professionals

Personal Care Workers / Support Workers

- Personal care and daily living assistance

- Community access and transport

- Domestic assistance and meal preparation

- Social support and companionship

- Mobility assistance and manual handling

- Documentation and reporting changes in client wellbeing

Essential Requirements

- Relevant qualifications (RN, EN or Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or equivalent)

- Current AHPRA registration (RNs & ENs only)

- Current First Aid & CPR

- Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable insured vehicle

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

- National Police Check

- Excellent communication skills and a person-centred approach

- Right to work in Australia

Community nursing, disability, aged care, DVA or Support at Home experience will be highly regarded
