Executive & Personal Assistant to Founder

I need one person to run my life.

I founded and sold an automotive business that reached $500M in annual revenue. That was the first chapter. This is the second one, and it's only just started.

What I'm building now

- A personal brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn and Facebook, and the revenue streams coming off the back of it

- A new tech business

- Multiple property developments, all live

- Founder Finds Future — a programme investing $1M into a founder in each of Australia, the UK and the US, filmed as a documentary series. It runs through to next year.

Four very different things at once. I need someone beside me holding all of it.

How I want to build it

I've done the big version. Hundreds of staff, layers of management, distance from the work. I have no interest in doing that again.

Right now there are four or five of us. Everyone works across every venture rather than sitting in a lane, and everyone actually knows each other. Closer to a family than an org chart. That's deliberate, and it means every single person here counts.

You'd be joining at the very start of it. Not a year in, not once it's proven. Now.

What you'll actually do

This is an EA role and a PA role in one. Both halves are real.

The executive side:

- Own my calendar end to end, across Australian, UK and US time zones

- Clear my inbox daily — triage, draft, send, and escalate only what needs me

- Manage my direct messages across every platform. Not content or campaigns — that sits with our Marketing/Content Manager — but the hundreds of people who message me personally each week and deserve a reply

- Prepare me for every meeting: who, why, what I need to know, what good looks like

- Book and manage all travel, domestic and international

- Pay invoices and bills, manage a company card, reconcile monthly

- Hold the master task list across every venture and chase everything to done

- Keep the right people talking to each other so nothing waits on me

The personal side:





- Weekly grocery and household ordering

- Laundry and dry cleaning

- Personal appointments, bookings and errands

- Coffee and lunch runs

- Whatever else comes up on the day

Who this suits

- You're relentlessly organised and you don't drop things

- You act without being asked. Ambiguity doesn't stall you

- You write quick and well, and can convincingly write as someone else

- You're discreet. You'll see financials, deals, and personal and family matters

- You'll go from a board-level calendar to a laundry run in the same hour without ego about either

- You have a driver's licence and a car

- You can travel internationally at short notice

Who this doesn't suit

If you want a defined role with clear edges and a predictable week, this isn't it. The job changes every month, and the parts I can't predict yet are probably the most interesting parts.

If you're excellent at the executive half and precious about the personal half, please don't apply. I'd rather know now than in month two.

The details

Full-time, permanent. $80,000 – $110,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience. Based in Bulimba/Morningside — in person, five days a week, not remote or hybrid. All travel and expenses covered. Six-month probation with proper reviews at one, three and six months.

Where this goes

I'll be straight with you: the salary above is what the role pays today. It is not what I think the person who builds this with me ends up with.

I've been through one journey like this already and I know what the early people are worth by the end of it. My intention is that the small group who come along share properly in what we build. I'm not going to dress that up as a specific promise in a job ad — but it's how I think, and it's the reason I'm hiring slowly and hiring few.
