The Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your day-to-day will include:

- Starting genuine conversations and engaging with homeowners

- Understanding customer needs and qualifying opportunities

- Booking appointments for our Solar & Battery Specialists

- Working towards individual and team sales targets

- Delivering a great customer experience while building trust

- Hit the ground running every morning - current territory, live coaching, daily targets, and a team pushing you to be better

What We Offer

Competitive Earnings

- $34–$38 per hour base rate

- Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses

- Realistic On-Target Earnings of $1,500–$2,500+ per week
