We are a busy professional family with two wonderful young boys: 3 year old and 9-month-old. Both are generally well-behaved, happy, and thrive on a structured daily routine.
We are looking for an exceptional, dedicated, and highly reliable nanny who can become an extension of our family for the long term.
The Role & Schedule
This unique full-time position is compressed into 3 long days per week
The Hours: Start at 6:00 AM sharp and finish between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
The Routine: Managing the morning/bedtime routine, occasional daycare runs, meals, naps, and playtime.
Household Duties: Light housework, laundry, and tidying—related to the children.
What We Offer (The Pros)

Holiday Shut-Down: A guaranteed 2 to 3-week break over Christmas and New Year to recharge.
Excellent Earnings: $35/hr plus super equates to roughly $70,000 p.a. + super for a 3-day work week.
Vehicle Provided:Access to a private car for outings, activities, and daycare drop-offs.
What You Need to Know (The Realities)
Long Days: The hours require excellent stamina and energy to maintain high-quality care from dawn until bedtime.
Absolute Reliability: Due to our busy schedules, punctuality is critical. We need someone who turns up rain, hail, or shine.
Sick Care: Occasionally the boys may be unwell. We need someone who is completely comfortable managing minor illnesses, which includes confidently administering standard medications like Panadol or prescribed antibiotics under our instructions.
Requirements
* Experience caring for infants and toddlers
* Two references.
* Valid driver’s license.
* First Aid, and a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour
