Are you an experienced governance professional ready to take the lead in a complex and energetic organisation? We're seeking a strategic and influential Manager Governance to drive best-practice governance, risk, compliance, legal services, procurement, records management and corporate accountability.

This is a rare leadership opportunity for a highly capable governance specialist who thrives on building strong frameworks, ensuring legislative compliance, and providing trusted advice to senior executives and key stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead the organisation's governance, legal, risk and records management functions.
- Develop and maintain governance, compliance and risk management frameworks.
- Oversee procurement, contract management and insurance programs.
- Manage information access, privacy and public disclosure obligations.
- Provide high-level governance advice to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative culture.
- Prepare strategic reports, policies, operational plans and business unit budgets.
- Drive continuous improvement and organisational transparency.





About You

You'll be a confident leader with a strong understanding of governance principles and legislative compliance in a complex organisational environment.

You will bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Governance, Law or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading governance, compliance, risk or legal functions.
- Strong knowledge of legislative and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience managing electronic document and records management systems.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
- Proven people leadership and team development experience.
- Strong analytical, research and report-writing capabilities.
- Current Class C Driver Licence.
